Disciples of Discipline began with a vow — to stop waiting for the “perfect moment,” to stop falling off and starting over, to live a life defined by consistency, not convenience.
Disciples of Discipline was born from the union of two relentless spirits—a woman of Japanese heritage shaped by the principle of Kaizen (continuous improvement), and a warrior rooted in Wappo legacy and self-made grit. We didn’t meet in comfort. We met in the trenches—after setbacks, during rebirths, and through the quiet war of showing up when no one was watching.
What we both discovered was this: discipline is not a trait. It’s a choice. One you make every day, especially when it’s hard. And that choice is easier when you’re not doing it alone.
That’s why we built this. Not just a brand, but a movement. A place where the disciplined and the derailed, the forged and the reforged, stand shoulder-to-shoulder. Where your background doesn’t matter—only your next rep does.
Kaizen gave us the framework: small, consistent steps toward lifelong strength. The Wappo Warrior bloodline gave us the fire: protect your people, rise through challenge, live with honor. Together, we blended that into something bigger than us—a system, a community, and a standard you can wear, live by, and pass on.
