We are committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. Please review out policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for print-on-demand (POD) items. We only recommend products that align with the Disciples of Discipline standard: tools, gear, and resources we believe support your journey in training the body, mastering the mind, and feeding the mission.

Right now, we primarily ship across the U.S. and Canada. Our apparel is print-on-demand, crafted when you order — no bulk waste, just intentional wear.We’re working on expanding internationally, so stay tuned. If we can ship to your corner of the world, we’ll let you know.

Every shirt we send is made-to-order—because you deserve gear that’s as intentional as your discipline. We don’t mass-produce. We don’t pile up waste. We create on demand, which means your piece is printed, packed, and shipped just for you.

From the moment you hit “order” to the moment it’s in your hands, expect 12–14 days for the process. If your mission requires it faster, consider selecting expedited shipping at checkout.

At Disciples of Discipline, every product we offer is created to order—whether it’s custom print-on-demand gear or instant-access digital content.

That means:

• All Sales are final unless the product arrives defective or there’s an error in delivery.
  
• We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or design/content changes—so please double-check your selections before purchase.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time the order was placed.
• If your order seems to bee lost in-transit, please contact (shop@dodfit.com) so we can assist you. 
  

We produce every item specifically for your order. The only exceptions for returns or refunds are:

• Defective products (damaged garment or faulty print)
• Incorrect items (wrong product shipped)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email shop@DoDFit.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• A clear photos showing the issue
• Your order number and purchase date

We will replace the item at no cost to you once your claim is approved.

All digital products (guides, programs, frameworks, etc.) are delivered immediately after payment. Because of the instant-access nature of these items, all digital sales are final.

If you encounter a technical issue, contact shop@DoDFit.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Q: Can I return or get a refund for affiliate products I purchased through your site?

Affiliate products purchased through our links (such as Amazon or other partner suppliers) are handled directly by the retailer you bought from.

• We do not process returns or refunds for these items.
• Follow the return/refund policy of the seller (Amazon, partner brand, etc.).
• You’ll find their instructions in your original order confirmation email or by logging into your account with them.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Most refunds complete within 5–10 business days after approval.

Bottom line: We custom-make and deliver every product with discipline and precision. If it arrives defective, we’ll fix it. If it’s right, it’s yours to keep and use with pride.
